It would be great to have the ability to include our sponsor logos and have attachments in these emails. This helps the organizations with their outreach and providing links for event information. This leaves organizations having to use other platforms to send out emails.

It would be great to have an option to email members directly from the website. “I often use the email entrants feature for individual events, but it would be good to have an option to email all members on occasions outside of events rather than download the member details and pull out the emails manually.”

I just wanted to ask whether there has been any thought given to allowing event organisers to contact competitors via text message (SMS), similar to the existing email option available in the event dashboard. The email feature works well, however many competitors don’t always check their emails before events, whereas they usually have their phones on hand. Having the option to send a text would be extremely valuable. A good example of where this would help is when an event is scheduled but we don’t want to publicly advertise exact heat start times. Being able to directly message the first one or two heats via SMS would help ensure a smooth and timely start to the day.

Improve the formatting of the athlete emails which currently come out as a block of text rather than paragraphs.

Currently, Liveheats does not have the functionality to send attachments via the email athletes tool. In these cases, directors have to send emails outside of Liveheats.

The "Email athletes" feature could be improved by having the ability to style words and links, and add attachments. Example attached, where the Heading could be bolded or larger size, and the link could be hyperlinked text rather than display the full URL. Could also be handy to add file attachments or images to the body text.

After sending athletes an email using the "Email athletes" feature, it's good to see a list of sent messages. However, these do not show the full detail of the message, unless it's a very short message. It could be handy to be able to click on a sent message and view it in full.

When members have multiple emails, the member data export doesn't map to Mailchimp's import fields if there are multiple emails per athlete. Mailchimp which needs 1 email per user In the export, all emails associated with an athlete appear on the same row, separated by commas, but that does not import well into a service like Mailchimp which needs 1 email per user.
