If in a heat or round, 2 athletes get 70 for run 1, but athlete 1 gets 50 on run 2 and athlete 2 gets 20 on run 2, they should be tied and not broken by their second run. Further, they should both qualify for the next round if they're tied for the last position that advances to the next round.
