When an athlete's payment has failed, such as when a waitlisted entry is confirmed but the transaction is unsuccessful, and they have not paid in 24 hours or so, it would be handy to have the option to remind them to pay from the entries list.

It could also be handy to be able to manually retry and perhaps have automatic retries, as the athlete may have simply had insufficient funds at the time.
