"I guess our issues arise around anyone being able to access the membership link and technically join the club. This can be concerning around whether they are members of other clubs etc.

We have an automated email that they receive that states their membership is going to the committee for approval, but would ultimately love to prevent them from paying the fee etc in the first place. For me as a new user of Liveheats, I think the waitlisted or 'pending' option is just as important at the membership series as it is for events."
