The schedule is populated via round instead of division.
e.g. all run 1 of all divisions go, then all run 2 of all divisions go.

In FK & SB we use the groups as Heats. Divisions can be ordered via drag and drop, therefore they can be dragged and dropped in to any order, which is the correct utilization of the feature.
