Currently, athletes or parents pay for memberships but they don't appear within their Liveheats account so when they try to confirm which membership they have, they can't see it anyway. The only way is to search emails for a membership confirmation or contact event organisers. It would be best to provide athletes with a way to view their memberships and manage them themselves.
