We've had feedback that organisers want to restrict the editing of custom fields after an athletes initial event or membership registration.
e.g They would like to prevent an athlete being able to change their nationality themself and instead have to request for the information to be updated by the organisation

Currently athletes are able to change their nationality every time they register for an event. This means they could compete for two different countries in a single season, which would causes problems with rankings.
