Organisers want be able to set a timezone for an event

Currently there is no way to set a timezone for the event therefore it is confusing for Organisers when created the event schedule as the timezone is defaulted to their local timezone which could be different to the event timezone.

With the new addition of Event Location the event timezone is automatically set.
This timezone is used when scheduling event entires to open and close and also for the event schedule
