Liveheats only supports fullname and not First name and Last name fields

This causes problems as a lot of athletes don't enter their full name, only their first name at event registration.

One of the problems with this is also that in spanish names there can be multiple first or last names and we have no way to split them into the correct one for FIS XML exports

Chris Friend be handy to utilize "pattern recognition" as a method to enforce proper capitalization for consistency in name displays, ie My Name, instead of MY NAME or my name. Makes for a much cleaner UX.
