easy fix is to not use a basis of 10 as a scoring mechanism but rather use 100 and negate the use of a decimal place

Happy to inform you that we are working on an update for entering scores.
This includes providing a 'Submit' button for scoring judges, so the head judge won't see partially entered scores.
