Directors want to be able to manage athlete injuries and frozen points requests
complete

Organisers are currently reliant on us to action an athlete's injury / frozen points requests.
This reliance on our team creates several pain points for organisers:
- Organisers have to wait for us to process injury requests, leading to delays in ranking updates and potential frustration.
- Organisers have limited control over the injury management process, which can lead to inaccuracies and inconsistencies in rankings.
- Organisers cannot easily track the status of injury requests or see the impact of injuries on the rankings.

Give organisers who use our frozen points functionality more control and visibility
Nicola Eade
Organisers currently rely on us to action an athlete's frozen points request which means they have to wait for us to process injury requests, leading to delays in ranking updates. We want to give our Organisers the power to manage this themself.
Additionally, we want to improve the visibility on which athletes are injured and what status they are in e.g "injury" or "in recovery"
