Seeded groups are assigned to the wrong heat (round of 16). Should follow the table attached. Currently, the first two heats are seeded correctly, but then the athletes in heat 3 should actually be in heat 7 per the chart. Athletes in heat 4 should be in heat 6, and so on.

The seeding allocation in the round of 16 in the attached table is correct and should be utilized. Also the round robin / holistic methodology that Ashley D related to you is correct and should also be employed.
