'I think it would be hugely beneficial to start a Discord server for LiveHeats users. Some issues (like the one above) are hard to find answers for in documentation, but would be easily resolved in a community forum setting. We run a Discord for the United Skim Tour and it’s been a great way to answer questions publicly, let others chime in, and make information searchable for everyone. Once it’s set up and linked on your website, I think you’d see strong engagement from contest organizers, power users would likely start handling support questions without your team needing to handle every request, and you'd likely get valuable feedback and feature ideas from the community that might not arise otherwise.'
