When adding athletes to divisions or heats manually, athletes with the same name appear in the list exactly the same, there is nothing that differentiates them in the dropdown list. It's therefore very easy to add the wrong athlete.

It's also not possible to know if that is a duplicate athlete or a different athlete. In the midst of the mayhem of running an event, this adds stress to the situation. It would be good to show more unique information, such as the athlete DOB. It could include the avatar (if athletes are uploading profile pics) and perhaps a home club or team if applicable.
