Breaking Ties - Organizations to be able to Set the rules

As organizations have different ways of breaking ties. It would be helpful to be able to have a drop down and let the organizations choose how they would like them to be broken. This ensures correct heat seeding and not ties shown on rankings.

Hey guys, in a future release, we're working on a solution for you to manually break ties on series rankings, as trying to build the rules was proving too difficult across so many rules in place in each organisation.
