Ability to have multiple judging panels at the same time, not tied to one another in the schedule

"How do we best work with dual judging panels and the uneven division sizes that we are most often dealing with in snow events?
Presently we use the schedule to assign divisions to the two panels/banks - but that quickly falls apart with uneven division numbers, say 20 ski men vs 7 ski women, as we have to start and finish each sequence at the same time. Which just doesnt work for us."
